Lovely double room and separate office space in a 2 bed flat share in Leyton. The flat has a lovely living room, utility room, newly fitted kitchen, garden and storage.

It is recently decorated so everything is clean and new. The area is quiet and safe, with lots of transport links (Leyton, Leytonstone tubes and Leyton Midland Road Overground) nearby . There are shops within walking distance, including Francis Road and Leyton High Road.

The room is available from the 1st Feb with some flexibility if needed. It's available unfurnished or you could buy some furniture from my current flat mate if that works for you.

Bills are £160 a month (Council Tax Band B, Broadband, Water and Energy). The letting agents are really proactive and professional and fix things quickly.

I'm a Londoner (North London originally) and recently qualified as a primary school teacher. I have also worked in theatre, community arts and events among other things. I'm looking for someone lovely and LGBT friendly to create a relaxed and friendly home.
