I’ve recently moved into a new flat and have a second room that I am letting.
The room is a very spacious double and comes furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bedside tables. Windows have been updated with blackout curtains too.
The flat is a 2 bed 1 bathroom, so you’ll be living with just one other person, me! The building has two work from home spaces as well as a lovely roof terrace, dining room and games room for entertaining guests, and is located on a quiet residential street 10-15 mins walk from Leyton Station.
The room is available from 2nd August 2025, please note, I am still furnishing the rest of the flat but the essentials are in!
I’m looking for a female lodger for the second room. Due to religious reasons, I don’t drink alcohol or eat pork so would like someone who is respectful of that.
