Room available in Leyton shared house

I'll be moving out of my room in a 7 bed house at the beginning of February and looking for someone to take over.

The house is between Leyton and Walthamstow within walking distance of Leyton Midland Road, Leytonstone Underground, and Walthamstow Central. There's loads of great pubs, cafes, restaurants and green spaces around.

The house is a 2 story double width Victorian end of terrace on a residential street, with loads of space including a big garden, living area and kitchen. The housemates are great people. The room would suit an easy going person who's into music, gardening and cooking.

I've absolutely loved living here and would highly recommend it.

To note, many people living here are working musicians, and due to this being a big end of terrace house it means there are no restrictions to using it as a practice and recording space (though everyone stops at around 10 to be respectful of sleep), so if you're a musician this may be a major benefit.
