Sadly my lovely flatmate is moving back to Australia so I’m looking for someone to replace her in our Leyton flat.

- 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom
- Rent is £725 plus bills
- (Council tax, gas, electricity and WiFi are roughly £115 a month)
- Unfortunately no couples, students or pets.
- Available from February 11th

The Room:
North facing room that looks out over the back garden. The room is part furnished with a double bed with plenty of clothes storage underneath, a large built in wardrobe with a desk and chair (can be removed if not wanted)

Location:
Located in a quiet residential street just off Leyton high street. Leyton underground station (central line) is a 1min walk away, and it’s a 5 min walk to the Asda superstore, gym and there are plenty of nice pubs and cafes in the surrounding streets.

Stratford Westfield centre is a 15min walk or 5mins on the tube, 10mins to Hackney Wick and the Olympic Park and it is roughly 20mins away from Hackney Central, broadway market, Victoria park and the city centre by public transport.

Very close to Leyton station on the central line and is only one stop away from Stratford station which has access to the Elizabeth, Jubilee, DLR and Mildmay Overground line.

About me:

I’m a 28M from Scotland who has lived in London / this flat for 3 years. I run farmers markets across London and work full time in the office / occasional weekends so a wfh flat mate is fine with me.

I’m an active person who likes to go to the gym, swim, cycle and play tennis. Outwith this I’m usually out with friends at the pub / restaurants but I also like movie nights, cooking and having a good yap about the day’s events however I also value my own space from time to time.

Additionally, you will also be living with the lovable flat cat; Paisley.

About you:
Ideally you’re within the age range of 25 - 30, clean, respectful, sociable and happy to hang out from time to time.

I see this flat as my home and a place to wind down and chill out, this is definitely not a party flat, so I need someone who feels the same. You must also be happy to live with a cat.
