Double Room in Victorian House!

We’re looking a housemate to join our cozy Victorian house in Leyton, just a 5-minute walk to the Central Line. The house features a spacious living room, a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a low-maintenance south-facing garden with a beautiful mature grapevine.

The household:
You’ll be sharing this home with four friendly flatmates (ages 24-30) and our two adorable, cuddly cats, Kilo and Ashta.

Here’s a little about us:
• Sara (28) – That’s me, I work in risk management for an auditing firm and love to cook (especially a slow-cooked lamb).
• Shaq (30) – Works in tech and spends his free time skating, climbing, or flipping at gymnastics.
• Alaa (24) – A software developer for a charity, loves her switch and is a devoted cat lover.
• Tina (24) – A special needs teacher at a local school who has a knack for baking and cooking up Italiano specials!!

We have zero tolerance for Zionism, racism and neutralism (Aka, all the same thing).

About the Room:
Large double bedroom on the top of the landing. It has ample storage including a built-in sliding wardrobe. Again, a huge window with loads of sunlight.

The house has two loft spaces and a cellar so plenty of storage. We also have a drive way and on street parking. There are two bathrooms in the house (two toilets). Shared living room and dining room too.

Bills & Logistics
• Bills: Around £100 per month per person
• Tenancy: We are fully flexible, whether you need to be here for a month or a year or more
• No deposit required
