Large Master Double Bedroom in Victorian House

Hey everyone! I’m subletting my double room and looking for someone to join this charming, renovated Victorian house in Leyton, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the Central Line.

The room will be available from 7th May to 7th June only.

Our house features a spacious kitchen, a comfortable living area, a study room, ample storage space in the basement, and a lovely garden filled with fragrant lavender and a flourishing fig tree.

About us:

You’ll be sharing this beautiful home with three friendly flatmates in their late 20s and early 30s—1 woman and 2 men.

We’re a respectful household that cares for each other, and also understood the importance of giving one another privacy and space.

👩‍🏫 Melis (31) is an Architect, writer, and editor who loves spending time on the volleyball court.
👨‍💻 Victor (27) is a Marketing Manager who enjoys cooking up delicious dinners with his slow-cooker.
👨‍⚕️ Rhyss (27) is a Radiographer who like chicken but more important, loves horror movies.

About the room:

The available room is the larger master bedroom on the second floor, with a bathroom conveniently located next door. It’s an excellent choice for anyone working in central London or even from home, like me, as it offers plenty of space to set up a comfortable and productive workspace, along with a cozy area to unwind.

The room comes with ample storage options, though with the spaciousness of the house, you may find you don’t even need it! If you're interested in a furnished room, this is for you. Nice bed and desk with spacious Ikea chest of drawers.

We are hoping to find a flatmate with a respectful, friendly, and curious personality. If you share an interest in cooking, reading, art, and music, you'll find plenty in common with us :)
