You Will be living with Me:

I work in Fashion mon-fri 9-5 with a couple of WFH days. Originally from London, lived east around Hackney/Clapton/Stoke Newington/Walthamstow for the past 13 years.

I’m fully house trained, a classic combo of easy going tidy, social without being too tidy/social.
I have a decent friends group so I am out and about but also up for socialising in the house At dinner or watching TV/films Delete as Appropriate ( MAFS, Andor, last of us, Ru Paul Drag Race, some sort of crime Drama, Wild Docuseries).

Ideally would suit Someone Aged 27+

The room:

Decent sized double room comes with built in triple wardrobes and a bed. Has high ceilings and large windows lets in lots of light, located at the back of the house, so also quiet and private.

The flat:

Is a 2 bed. We moved in 3 years ago when it was newly refurbished. Has high ceilings and lots of natural light, windows are double glazed throughout, Overall flat is bright warm, clean and spacious.

Has shared Open plan Living room/Dining room/ Kitchen/Bathroom

Local amenities:
Great local shops a real treasure trove for interesting drinks & snacks.
Aldi is literally across the street, for all your favourite dups, 24 hour Morrisons petrol station. Leyton Tesco is a 15 mins walk. Decent pubs locally. Coffee shop across the road same people as bakestreet. Also Probably 20 mins to either chatsworth Road or Francis Road if coffees and pastries are your thing.
