Short Term Room in East London

We're renting out our spare room in Leyton on a short-term basis. But we would potentially be open to a longer period for the right fit. The room is available now and price includes all bills (including cleaner) . The room is a generous double bedroom and there is a separate space to work with a desk. The property has two bathrooms, a living room, a lovely kitchen. and garden.
We're in a great area, only 5-10 minutes to Leyton Midland, 15 to Walthamstow Central and you can get the bus into hackney/dalston or down to Leyton underground. There are loads of pubs, and great places to eat near us, its a lovely area and well connected.

Kitchen/living areas are well equipped and a lovely space to be.

We’re an easy-going couple Charlie works 9-5 typically 3 days in the office 2 days from home. I work in hospitality so often out during the day. We love cooking, going to the pub and checking out the latest new opening.
