Stunning room in big house in east London

Hi there! We are a couple and a friend looking for a fourth person to move into this amazing house which has just been done up. We’re wanting to move fast as we have just paid the holding fee and need a fourth person so we can move in on the 20th May! The place is an airy, bright 5 bedroom house in Leyton, east London. I am Nina, I work for Hackney council on the recycling team and I’m moving in with my boyfriend, Charlie who is in IT, and my current housemate Alex who is a private secretary for the government.

We are super friendly and want to create a communal space that welcomes people from all walks of life. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly and mostly vegan/veggie. We also have a small dog and a cat so you need to be pet friendly!

The price reflects the price of a medium sized room, but you can also pay £1070 for the master bedroom as one of us doesn’t mind which room she has. Please note the deposit is actually £1081!!! Spare room wouldn’t let me put more than 5 weeks rent but the rent is worked out differently for each room. Bills will be roughly £108.

The place is unfurnished but we are sorting out the living spaces with furniture and you will be provided with a wardrobe.
