Newly apartment built 1 single room to rent

Hello, my name is Tomas and we have a single bedroom to rent in the flat we living.
We are 4 people living in the flat, 2 couple. We are all professionals , we work at a catering company so we all love food and cleanliness !
3 Romanians and 1 Portuguese, but all nationalities are welcome!
The flat is great, newly built apartments, so conditioning is great!
There is only one bathroom, but if you lived in a shared house before, you are used to it! :) Again, everyone is clean and tidy. However I am planning on leaving so the bathroom breaks wont be that long 😁.
Everyone is very relaxed meaning everyone is in the rooms just resting, but there is a shared living room/kitchen to enjoy each others company.
