Lovely double

A lovely double close to central London. This cozy room comprise a built in wardrobe, desk, chair and a double bed furnished with bedding. A modern kitchen diner with an elegant bathroom and an additional stylish lavatory equipped with floating toilet sink and a LED mirror light. There is a private balcony for relaxing. Couples are welcome at a rate of 1300 pcm. There are currently 2 housemates (excluding landlord) and 2 pet cats in the house including myself (landlord). I am versatile and easy to get along with.. I keep my home respectfully clean and tidy and expect housemates to follow suit. I am looking for respectful professionals with a friendly approach. All bills and council tax included.
