New Build Double Room with own bathroom bills incl

Hi, I’m Kris. I bought this lovely flat a few months ago and due to a change in circumstances, my current flatmate is moving back to Scotland—so I’m looking for someone new to move in.

📍 The Flat:

Modern new-build on the 4th floor with a huge wraparound terrace—sunrise and sunset views over an allotment and out toward Hackney Marshes.
Spacious, light-filled open-plan kitchen and living room, fully furnished with a comfy vibe and plenty of plants. It’s a calm, lived-in space perfect for relaxed evenings.

🛏️ The Room
A lovely, bright double room with exclusive use of the large main bathroom. The room is advertised as unfurnished, my friend may be open to selling his new bed and wardrobe—just a month old and in great condition.

👀 Looking for:

Someone chilled, easy-going, and respectful of the space. This isn’t a party flat, more into dinners & films.
Would appreciate someone who’s clean and tidy in the shared areas—we’ve got a dishwasher so that helps!

I’m 35, a designer, and I’ve lived in East London for 10+ years. I like the market, the odd pint at the pub, and staying active. I WFH on Tuesdays and Fridays.
