Description
Hi there!
I am Dolores, and I own a two bedroom garden flat in Leyton, near the sweet Francis Road area and just a short bus or train journey from Hackney and Walthamstow, and the Central Line into central London.
The flat has a bright front room with a TV, sofas, and desk; a well-equipped kitchen-dining room; a bathroom with a washer-dryer, bath, and shower; and a kingsize bedroom with plenty of clothes storage. It has a good-sized back garden with a patio and a grassy lounge area, and the front garden has a bench that is perfect for morning coffees. The neighbours are friendly and quiet, and there is a really nice community feel to the area.
I am away from the 6th of August - the 8th of September, and am looking to rent out my room to someone who is willing and able to take care of my lovely cat, Gus, while staying at the flat. All that would involve is keeping his food and water topped up, giving him some love and attention, and keeping me posted on how he's doing! He is very affectionate, but also independent and comes and goes as he pleases.
I have a lodger who tends to be in town 2-3 nights at the start of the week and has his own room at the back of the flat. He is very quiet, polite, and friendly, and often works late nights so it often feels like no one else is there at all! He sometimes does a few extra nights a week, but is always away at the weekend so you would have the flat to yourself during that time. He is great at communicating when he will be around so you will be kept in the loop for that.
The advertised weekly rent of £200 includes all bills and the council tax (Band B). I would also arrange for cat food delivery and/or liaise directly with you to cover the cost of that.
