Bedroom and large private office in friendly house

We’re looking for a new housemate or a couple to move into our spacious and homely Victorian house in Leytonstone end of October/early November.
The house has been lived in by a series of friends and relatives and has developed a homely, communal quality.
The package includes an upstairs bedroom (photos 3-4) and private office (photos 1, 2, 5). The rooms are equipped with ample wardrobe space, under-the-bed storage, 2 drawers, a desk, sofa and double bed. They are currently set up as a bedroom and office but could be rearranged to suit you. The combined rent for the rooms is £1120 and bills are around £112 per person. The deposit would be a month’s rent.
The house has two bathrooms, a kitchen, sitting room, conservatory and garden along with strong broadband (over 1000 Mbps). There are Sheffield stands for bikes outside. We have a great relationship with the landlord and neighbour, with our neighbour’s cat often popping by to say Hi. Lee’s partner’s poodle Sugar also comes to visit now and then.
The house is well-connected - a 10-minute walk from Leytonstone (Central line) and Leyton Midland (Overground), and a 15-minute walk from Walthamstow Central (Victoria line). The area is great for cycling and filled with green spaces including Epping Forest, Wanstead Park and Hackney Marshes.
Here’s a little about us…
We’re a male and 2 females, 27-29. We’re sociable and enjoy hanging out together when it works but also value downtime and doing our own thing. Some of us WFH part-time, so the house has a good mix of company and quiet. We have a range of interests including piano, running, padel, board games and gym classes.
We are looking for someone friendly and sociable, who is happy to join us for house dinners and trips out now and again.
