Well decorated, clean in a friendly house share - professionals preferred.

THE ROOM
Middle floor double bedroom with double bed, mattress, double wardrobe and desk, considered as the master bedroom of the house.

THE HOUSE
The house is in good condition throughout and decorated in a light modern way. All communal areas and bedroom has had fresh lick of paint last week. It’s a terraced house set over 3 floors; there are 3 bedrooms (one loft room with en-suite) and two double rooms on the middle floor, which share a main bathroom on the ground floor. So you’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other female. We have a spacious lounge and dining area, with underfloor heating which keeps the place toasty in winter. We also have a lovely low maintenance garden which is great for eating outside in the summer. The house is fully furnished and decorated.

We also have Virgin fibre high speed broadband.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for housemates who are clean, respectful and tidy and also someone who wants to make this their home. We want someone who is sociable and can share a glass of wine/chat/watch a TV show in the evening but also someone who can respect personal space too. It isn’t one of those huge, faceless house shares (with 6+ people!), we like to be sociable but its not a party house, so it’s important that everyone gets on and this feels like an actual home.

Current housemates are female, both have professional jobs, have various hobbies and are friendly and clean.

We’re looking for a female professional (no couples sorry), non smoker, no pets.. Please note let is subject to credit check/ references/ passport/ employee references. There are no agency or letting fees involved, this is a private let.

THE PROCESS
I’m the landlord of the property. Please send me a message telling me about yourself and how you fit the for the criteria mentioned. I will then offer a video call so that we can discuss the room, contract and answer any questions you may have. The final step will be to view the property and room (likely on a weekend, date tbc) and meet the current housemates. You can then get a feel for the room and whether the house is a good fit.

A LITTLE ABOUT THE AREA
Leyton is about 12 minutes on the central line from Liverpool Street. The house is located about a 6-8 minute walk from the station, but there is also a busy bus stop (24hr) right at the end of the road which means you can jump on a bus straight to Leyton/Stratford every couple of minutes. We are opposite a park (Drapers field) and about a 5 minute walk into the Olympic village, which has tonnes of cool cafes, restaurants and bars. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Stratford International station (DLR and also fast train (7 mins) to Kings Cross) and of course Westfield shopping centre. The street is a quiet residential street, with parking (via permit) freely available.
