Loft flat with 2 bedrooms

This loft flat is above a family home, this is why we preferably want single professional female tenants. We will require references such as employment reference or proof of employment and/or reference from the previous land lord.
This is for a self contained loft flat with 2 bedroom and a compact kitchen and fully furnished bathroom & shower. Both tenants have their own privacy because the loft is separate from the household below. New beds and mattresses will be provided alongside anything else required. The rent included all bills including Council Tax. Tenants will also have wifi included.
