Large double room 5 min from Leyton tube station

Hi!

This room is available between 2nd November 25 and 2nd January 26 while we are away. We are two girls (30/32f) living with our lovely flatmate (34/m) who is from New Zealand, where we all met. The room is very large (master) and has plenty of storage.

It's in a three-bedroom house in Leyton, 5 mins walk from Leyton underground station which is a direct link into central or 10 min into Stratford which has Elizabeth line, National Rail, DLR, and overground, as well as the huge Westfield mall. The Olympic Park facilities are also just a quick cycle down the road.

The third bedroom has been turned into a private office space which will be available to you. There is a second office space downstairs if an extra desk is required by a couple.

It's a lovely, safe area, and the house is clean and recently refurbished. There is a full kitchen, cosy living room, and you'll have access to all streaming, TV, and games consoles.

We are looking for someone who is tidy, clean, and respectful. We are a lesbian couple, so LGBT people are more than welcome and will be comfortable.

Bills are not included and are usually calculated once the bills come in.
