A double bedroom with a garden view in the heart of Leyton available from mid November. 7 minute walk to Leyton tube, 15 minute walk to Leyton Midland Road overground and a short bus ride away from Westfield Stratford and the Olympic Park. Rent is £700/pcm with bills coming to approx. £150.

The house has a shared kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and garden. You'll be living with Sophy (27) and Imogen (25), professionals working in the Arts and hospitality industries. We are generally very chilled, and enjoy cooking (with the occassional communal meal) or soaking up the sun in our garden with a nice cup of coffee.
