Hi! We’re looking for a friendly and considerate gal to join our 2-bed, 2 bathroom home 🏡🌞🫶. Sadly, my dear friend and flatmate Wari is moving to Thailand after 6 wonderful years in London, so her lovely ensuite room is up for grabs!
ABOUT US:
We’re two girls in our late 20s who love food, art, winding down after work, and strolling along the nearby parks (Hackney Marshes, Lea Valley). Both of us grew up as Third Culture Kids, having lived in Singapore, Cambodia, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, and the UK 🌏You’ll be living with Monika — an Innovation Manager who loves cooking, watching thrillers, exploring nature, and cozy nights in.
We work a 9 to 5 in a hybrid setting and would love a flatmate who does the same! We value someone who enjoys downtime and wants a peaceful, welcoming space to come home to. This isn’t a party house - it’s a place to relax, recharge and be yourself 🌱
THE ROOM:
* Ensuite on its own level upstairs, perfect for privacy
* Includes your own toilet and shower with good water pressure
* • Fully furnished with a wardrobe, table, cabinets and spacious built-in storage
THE HOME:
* Open-plan lounge and kitchen with a comfy new couch and a big TV!
* Flat came equipped with basic essentials: fridge/ freezer, microwave, stove, washing machine, and storage
* The rest has been fully furnished by us — including the TV, furniture, extra appliances, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and other cozy touches that make it feel like a home!
LOCATION:
Lea Bridge: 5-7 mins walk to Aldi, Lea Bridge train station, bus stops, shops, restaurants, and cafes. Stratford Station is just 15 minutes away by train - easy to commute to Central London.
LEASE:
Our landlord is super friendly and responsive at sorting out any issues or transfers!
* 6-month tenancy until the end of the lease, with option to renew 1 year lease after June 2026
* Move in: mid Jan 2026
* Rent: £975 + bills (approx. £150)
