3 bed 2 bath 2 living room big garden house

Hey :) looking for a house mate. The house is super cute and good vibes it’s nice and big and has a lovely energy. house mates are my self Hugo and sal we are 24 and 25 the boys are business owners and im a musician so we have a nice balance of professionals and artists. looking for some one chill and vibey ahah :)

The kitchen has a dish washer and gas hob. The garden has a fire pit and a bar. The house is home to 4 cats that are pretty shy and keep to them selves, they are out door cats so they don’t use a litter tray inside.

We’re all pretty chill here we have a bbq twice a year ish. Hugo and Sal are hardly home as they own a restaurant together and have independent ventures too. I’m a musician, I’m home more than them but still eat out most nights.

Unfurnished but we do have some spare furniture like tv and desk you would need to bring your own bed / mattress tho

The area is also nice and safe we live on a cul-de-sac road with a park at the end. We’re a 5 min walk to Leyton station 10-15 mins to Stratford international and Westfield. There’s also the wetlands, woodlands, flats and other nature reserves near by for cute walks.
