The existing tenants are from South India who are students and professionals been in this country for more than four years.

Students and professionals or couple welcome.

Note: Double room cost is £800 + Bills
If One person: £800 + Bills
If Two person sharing: (£400 + Bills) + (£400 + Bills)

Bills: roughly £50 per person depending on the usage. (Electricity, Gas, Water, Council, Internet)

Not more than two people, so the property is only for 5 members.

Central railway station is 10 min walk.
Overground railway station is 5 min walk
Tesco and Sainsbury’s 10 min walk
Popular Gyms 5 min walk to high road.

The house is bit old but the room and washroom is neat and tidy. Kitchen is ok ok because it’s bachelor life hope you understand.
