Spacious Double Bed in Walthamstow/Leyton

My flatmates and I are looking for the 5th perfect match to live in our big and cozy flat!
The double room is located on the first floor and is the biggest room in the house, it is fully furnished but if you’d like to use some of your own furniture there’s also a huge storage space in the outside garage to deposit it.
You will be sharing the bathroom with one person only (Joanne).
Living room is shared and has a smart TV.
The kitchen is spacious and you’ll have your own cupboards space and fridge shelf with some extra space!
We have kettle, air fryer, toaster and microwave all recently purchased. Lots of plates, cutleries, glasses and kitchen appliances are available for everyone to use so if you are coming with nothing- is okay!
We have a cleaner included in the rent who comes to clean common areas 2 times per month, usually Tuesday mornings. We are generally a very clean and tidy household😊.
We all work in different fields: fashion, hospitality and healthcare- our schedules can sometimes be very different or similar so rarely the house will be full at once. Our age ranges from 22-27 years old. We all like to travel a lot, going out and also hang together in the house for a meal or a chat but we equally love our alone time.
We are not a party house but all occasionally have friends or family over, that is absolutely fine, but communication is key!
