Double en-suite room

Double en-suite room in my two bed flat with loads of outside space both a wrap around balcony that comes of your bedroom and a large terrace, both south facing. A ten minute walk to Leyton underground in a brand new complex.

Looking for someone who is sociable and chilled. I own the flat but really want someone to feel like this is their place too. I am 31 and have lived in east London for 8 years, am vey social and out of the house a lot but also like hosting friends for dinner etc.
