Double room in Leyton

We are a lovely house of 3 looking to replace our 4th flat mate. We are a multi-ethnic household with 2 cats. We are looking for a tidy, chill flat mate to join our home. We enjoy a chill drink in the evening, but keep a quiet, party-free house. The house is kept very tidy and has a shared kitchen, living room, back garden, and spacious bathroom. The bedroom is a double room on the ground floor. It comes with a dresser, temporary wardrobe, and a double bed (can be removed). Rent per month is 750 + 25 additional pounds during winter months for extra heating costs (Nov - March approx).

We are a rather quiet household that goes to bed late due to our jobs (Student/ service industry). I am a former King's College student, there is a current fashion design student, and a full-time bartender.

The area is a bit more residential with good transit links to Stratford and Central London. We are a 10-15 minute walk from both the Leyton and Leytonstone undergrounds (central line) as well as Leytonstone High Road overground. It is 1 stop to Stratford and takes about 35-40 minutes to reach central London. There is an Aldi's, M&S, ASDA, and Sainsbury's Local within a 15-minute walk as well as countless corner shops. Easy access to cute pubs, coffee shops, and parks.
