Lovely Double In Friendly Home

To say a little about us, it's a 3 bed property, quirkily decorated, sharing with myself and Dylan (and two doggies). We're both actors, I'm English and he's American. It's a spacious double room, with a cosy living room, kitchen, bathroom, a small spare room and a garden. It's a 7 minute walk to Leyton station (one stop from Stratford so very close to multiple lines and a huge Westfield shopping mall). We are on the central line, so only 15/20 mins into central. We're a 10 min walk to a huge Asda and retail park. We are also just 15 mins walk to Wanstead flats/park, which is gigantic and full of beautiful forests, lakes etc.

The rent is 716, and with council tax/bills it comes to around 800/830. We're hoping for someone to move in from the 9th of December or the 9th of January. We can chat about the contract because it's a little nuanced and you will just need proof of income, a year's worth of tax returns if you're self-employed, a reference and all relevant documents ready to go for the letting agent.

We are looking for someone kind, relaxed and friendly and really someone who is a dog lover just because we have 2 lovely dogs here. One is Gwen (a little lhasa apso) and the other is Jade (a larger Australian cattle dog). Both are sweet and friendly and will be around all the time in the public spaces (on the sofas etc) so we want to find someone who is really happy with dogs. If you don't like dogs or just tolerate them it probably wouldn't work out. We're also open to welcoming a new housemate in if they too have a dog as ours are very good with other dogs! Just let us know and we can see if it'd work!

This is not just a house of people who barely talk to each other, it's a proper home. It's a happy, sociable, chilled place. LGBTQ very welcome :)
