My name is Rhyss, and I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in a beautiful, conveniently located house in East London. It is a 3 minute walk from Leyton station (Central Line).
It would be ideal for someone who needs short term flexible accommodation as the house is being sold in 6 months.

📅 Dates: Available between 9th December 2025 - Mid April 2026
💰Price: £880pcm (not including bills), will be a cheaper price if only planning to stay 1-2 months from 9th December.
🛏️ Room: Double Bedroom, draws. You will have your own bathroom!
House: Spacious Kitchen, living room and garden area!
🚆 Transport/Area: 5 mins walk from Leyton Underground Station (Central Line). Also, 5 mins walk from ASDA superstore and a Gym Group.
You will be living with my three lovely housemates (2 male, 1 female) all between the ages of 28-32.
Ultimately, my housemates and I are looking for someone clean, kind and friendly who can look after my room and the house.
