Large Double Room in Leyton

We are a lovely house of 3 looking to replace our 4th flat mate. We are a multi-ethnic household with 2 cats. We are looking for a tidy, chill flat mate to join our home. The house is kept very, very tidy and has a shared kitchen, living room, back garden, and spacious bathroom. The bedroom is a large double room (slightly bigger than a standard double) on the ground floor. It comes with a wardrobe and double bed (mattress included).

We are a rather quiet household. We all work in hospitality, and I am a former King's College grad student who is job-searching for a degree-related job. We are a very chill household that stays busy with work but enjoy a quiet drink in the evening. We keep a quiet, party-free house.

The area is a bit more residential with good transit links to Stratford and Central London. We are a 10-15 minute walk from both the Leyton and Leytonstone undergrounds (central line) as well as Leytonstone High Road overground. It is 1 stop to Stratford and takes about 35-40 minutes to reach central London. There is an Aldi's, M&S, ASDA, and Sainsbury's Local within a 15-minute walk as well as countless corner shops, pubs, and coffee shops. There are multiple gyms and leisure centers near-by, other outdoor spaces, and Queen Victory Olympic Park 1 mile away if you enjoy outdoor space.
