Room 3 - Box room can be used as home office, studio or storage
Room 4 - Attic can be used as home office, studio or storage

You will be taking over contract from previous tenans. So it will be you and me on the contract for the whole property.

This is a unique opportunity to share a spacious house licensed for two households. You would occupy the massive master bedroom, while the remaining two smaller rooms can't be used as bedrooms but can be used as a home office, studio, or storage.

About me:
My schedule is particularly busy over winter, and I usually come home late, so we may not see each other very often unless you work from home. I am sociable and occasionally enjoy chatting over dinner, but in general I am very considerate of people’s space and keep things very quiet around the house.

I care about sustainability and try to live consciously — recycling, being mindful of energy use, and keeping the house clean and well looked after.
