Double Room in Light, Spacious, Design Apartment

Short term let available. I am looking for a tenant to move into the spare room in my home. The property has 2 bathrooms, a shared kitchen and living space. My room is upstairs separately. There is a balcony and a small garden shared with the downstairs flat.
I am flexible on move in date from early August and as I am starting the process of selling the house I am looking for a 6 month let, or thereabouts. I will keep you updated about progress on selling during your stay here so there would be plenty of notice before you're required to vacate.
I am a professional and would like to share with clean, tidy, friendly, considerate people who have their own lives and ideally don't work from home, as I sometimes do!
