Double Room in Leyton – Francis Road (Flatshare)

I’m moving out of my flat on 13th February, so my flatmate is looking for someone to take over my room.

It’s a double room in a Victorian converted flat with two bedrooms and a private garden, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a morning coffee. The room comes with a double bed and mattress and has a big window that lets in loads of natural light. I will be moving out of London, so I am open to selling some of my room furniture if needed.

The flat’s in the heart of Leyton on Francis Road, close to cafés, independent shops, and green spaces, with great transport links via Leyton Underground Station (Central Line, Night Tube).

You’ll be sharing with my friendly, tidy, and easy-going flatmate. It’s a warm, welcoming, and LGBTQ+ friendly home.

Rent: £950 each a month 
Bills: £200 each approx
Move-in date: 13th February
