Looking for someone respectful and cleanto take my bedroom in an adorable 4bedroom house in Leyton, 5min walk from the station (central line)
Room: ground floor room, Queen size bed. hanging rack available for clothes. I will try to clear up a couple drawers as well, but not a guarantee.
House: living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared. There’s also a front porch and Back garden . Parking available but need to pay the council on a daily basis.
Housemates: You will be sharing the house with 3 of my friends + our cat. They are All professionals working in the art industry and LGBTQIA friendly. Nationalities include British, Italian and Chinese, All super chill people. We usually see each other at dinner time, but otherwise people r generally in their rooms. Would need to participate in house chores I. g. Emptying bin, replacing supplies, hoovering etc.
Price: all bills included.
