Double Room in Leyton with backyard

Double room available in the Leyton/East London (£795pm) from mid March in a flat share with 2 young professionals - until end of April with the possibility to extend permanently.

Daisy (31F) and Klaudia (31F) are looking for a flatmate to join them. They are looking for someone clean, friendly, and fun. Daisy works for a food company and is into cooking, running, and boxing. Klaudia works as a teacher and is into walking, yoga and travelling. They are both relaxed individuals, who enjoy spending time together in the evenings and weekends, but are also respectful of each others space!

The flat itself is open, with a big kitchen, dining, and living area. It has a large outdoor area which is beautiful in the summer. The room itself is large, with a double sized bed and wardrobe provided. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom.

Expenses are around £130 and tax band C.
