About the room
🌅 The room looks over the back garden from the first floor and gets lots of nice natural light, many lovely sunsets
🛏️ Room fits double bed, desk, chest of drawers, and lil clothes rack or hooks. Room will come with chest of drawers, futon bed that can convert to couch for day, and desk, but all negotiable.
🪩Spacious house with big kitchen and backyard, separate cozy living room, one shared bathroom with toilet and shower/bath on first floor, and a second toilet outside kitchen on ground floor.

We are a group of housemates who value each person's ideas, input, and contribution equally. We like hanging out when we can throughout the week, having chats, and throwing the occasional house party! We are all working professionals, so during the week, we do keep it pretty chill.

You’d be living with Viola, Lumi, and Adam (aged 29-32). Viola (they/them) enjoys nature and art and is madly in love with the neighbour's cat, Garçon. Volunteers with a harm reduction charity. Adam (he/him) is a teaching assistant in a primary school and loves everything to do with forests, nature, and electronic music. Lumi (They/them) is a receptionist and is studying to become a therapist. They love deep chats and quality time, and are an astrology nerd.

Full details:

Rent + bills: £605 pcm (bills not included). Bills usually come in at around £100-£125.

Tenancy: Our tenancy agreement was recently renewed and is until January 2027. You would be transferred onto this lease, but wouldn't be locked in til the end neccesarily.

Benefits + references: Universal credit and housing benefits accepted. Our landlord requires a reference from your previous landlord, and that you pass a basic affordability check.

Deposit: £650

Access info: There is one step up into the house, and the bedroom is upstairs (12 steps). The main bathroom is on the same floor as the bedroom. The bathroom is small with a shower over a bath. The kitchen is on the ground floor and is two steps down. The garden is then one step down. There is a second toilet in the garden. The house is not scent-free. The house is neurodivergent friendly, and there are currently roommates who are neurodiverse/ living with disability.
