I am offering my two-bedroom apartment for rent, with a minimum lease of one year. As a live-in nanny, I will only occasionally occupy my own room, and on rare, brief occasions, my family or friends may use it as well. For the vast majority of the time, you will have the flat to yourself.

The apartment is less than ten years old and located in a pleasant, quiet neighbourhood. I have always had positive experiences with my neighbours, and there have never been any issues.
If you enjoy hosting parties, please note that this offer may not be suitable, as the area is peaceful and best suited to those who value a calm environment.
