A furnished double room is available just a short 2-minute walk from Leyton Station, with access to the night tube and nearby night buses.

The property is ideally situated 5–10 minutes from Leyton Mills retail park, which includes a large supermarket and gym. You’ll also be within a 5-minute walk of Coronation Park and Drapers Field, around 10 minutes from Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and approximately 15 minutes on foot to Westfield Stratford City.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, and table. Tenants will have access to shared areas including a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, coffee machine, and dishwasher. There is also a patio at the back with seating, perfect for relaxing in good weather.

Currently, the house is shared by three LGBTQ+ men (aged 33–39) who generally enjoy a quiet lifestyle.

On the ground floor, there is a shared living room, kitchen, storage room, a spacious pantry with a washing machine, as well as a toilet and shower. The first floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom shared between two housemates. The top floor is reserved for the owners and includes their private bedroom, office, and bathroom.

The house benefits from ultra-fast (1G symmetric) internet, and all bills are included in the rent.
