2 double rooms available in our lovely Leyton home!

1 large double (£920 + bills) and 1 small double (£710 + bills). Council tax band C.

The house has a lovely garden, spacious kitchen/diner, cosy living room, 2 bathrooms (one toilet/ sink and the other toilet/ sink/ shower), and 4 bedrooms.

Both bedrooms will be unfurnished. The furniture all belongs to current housemates who are moving, so you’ll be able to make the room your own.

We’re a 5 min walk from Leyton station on the Central Line, and there’s a big Asda nearby as well as lots of great local mini markets on Leyton High Road. We’re near to the Olympic Park and Hackney Marshes for lovely walks (and a quick tube ride to get to Epping Forest), cinemas and great shopping nearby in Stratford and Walthamstow, and quick to get into central London.

You’d be sharing with Sarah and Lin, two creatives in their late 20s/ early 30s. And with Jasper our cat! Lin is a documentary photographer into basketball. Sarah is a movement teacher into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and dancing. We like to share meals together when we can, and enjoy movies on the projector and hanging out in the sunny garden.

Looking for two people also around their 30s who want to be part of a chill, friendly home. We don’t socialise all the time but keen to have a sense of community and find times to be able eat, drink and hang together when we can. You’ll often find us having a cuppa together at the end of the night.
