I have a nice double room available in a friendly house in Leyton (E11 4ER), just 1 minute walk from the tube station — very convenient for commuting.

The house is spread over 3 floors and has:
• 2 living rooms
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Small bathroom downstairs
• Shared bathroom upstairs
• Garden at the back

You’ll be sharing with 4 adults and a young child (almost 4 years old)

The room is fully furnished with:
• Double bed (mattress replaced less than a year ago)
• Large wardrobe
• Comfortable and well-kept space

The bathroom upstairs is shared between 3 people (the person on the top floor has her own bathroom).
Rent is £800 per month, bills included
Room is for one person only
