We’ve got a room available in our 3-bed house in Stratford, sharing with two girls in their mid-20s. The house has a huge garden (perfect in the summer) and the location is ideal — super easy to get into central, plus only a short walk to Hackney Wick.

* 10 min to Maryland station (Elizabeth line)
* 17 min walk to Stratford station
* 15 min walk to Leyton station (Central line)
* Asda and Lidl both within a 15 min walk

The room itself is really spacious, gets loads of natural light, and comes furnished with a double bed and two massive wardrobes (so plenty of storage).
Rent is £900/month + bills (around £100) deposit.

A bit about us:

Asha (24) – super sociable and easygoing. Loves a good pub trip and spending time with people, but also really values a chilled, comfortable home vibe. Always up for a film night in the gaff, and occasionally a spontaneous kitchen boogie when the mood hits.

Laura (24) – I work in an architectural studio and also teach English on the side. I’m really into anything creative — fashion, styling, little DIY bits, and random finds from car boot sales. I love a good jazz bar or a cute cocktail night, and I’m always up for a night out, but equally love a cosy night in with a film or just chilling and catching up.

Who we’re looking for:
Someone friendly, respectful, and easygoing who’s happy to keep the house clean and tidy (nothing crazy, just the basics). We want someone who’s up for the occasional chat, drink, or hangout, but also values their own space and downtime. Ideally mid-20s.
