Double room in beautiful house with garden

Large double room available in a beautiful house on a quiet street near Francis Road in Leyton. You'll be sharing with just me!
The house has a lovely bathroom with a bath, an open-plan dining room, a living room, and a garden. Plenty of storage, including a massive attic.
I'm looking for someone respectful of noise, clean, fair and friendly.

A bit about me: I'm a filmmaker, artist and yoga teacher. I'm very busy during the week, so I like home to be a bit of a sanctuary. I'm often out of the house during the day unless i'm doing yoga. Occasionally work from home. Other hobbies include festivals, reading, writing, hanging with mates, the occasional night out.

This is a rolling monthly contract sublet for now, but open to longer or shorter lets. Looking for someone from next week. Message me, and we can chat!
