Double room in beautiful house with garden

Large double room available in a beautiful house on a quiet street near Francis Road in Leyton. You'll be sharing with just me!
The house has a lovely bathroom with a bath, an open-plan dining room, a living room, and a garden. Plenty of storage, including a massive attic.
I'm looking for someone who works out of the house, ideally 3 days plus a week. Someone respectful of noise, clean, fair and friendly.

The room is on a quiet road, but there is some noise from the children next door in the mornings.

I pay slightly more on my small room than I otherwise would as I'm also a yoga teacher, so I need to use the living room for yoga up to 3 times a week as my bedroom is super small. Also, because my room is too small for a desk, I use the dining room table some evenings to do my writing, so someone who is okay with this would be grand.

A bit about me: I'm a filmmaker, artist and yoga teacher. I'm very busy during the week, so I like home to be a bit of a sanctuary. I'm often out of the house during the day unless i'm doing yoga. Occasionally work from home. Other hobbies include festivals, reading, writing, hanging with mates, the occasional night out.

This is a rolling monthly contract sublet for now, but open to longer lets in future. I will also consider a 14-day rolling contract for those who want more flexibility! Looking for someone from next week. Message me, and we can chat!
