Creative workspace available in a small shared studio in Leyton.

I’m looking for 1–2 more people to share a calm, friendly creative studio currently used by myself and one other studio user.

The space is approx. 165 sq ft with:

• great natural light

• high ceilings

• large shared table/workspace

• storage + plan chest

• seating area

• plants + soft lighting

• shared kitchen/lounge in building

• free tea/coffee

• 24/7 access with own key

Suitable for:

• writers

• illustrators/designers

• freelancers

• computer-based creative work

• small-scale art practice/making

• tutoring/client meetings

(Not suitable for music rehearsal, parties, psychotherapy or messy industrial making.)

Approx. £175–233/month depending on number sharing.

The atmosphere is gentle, respectful and low-pressure. Both current users are using it part-time, doing largely computer based work.

40s, female/NB. We’d love to share with people who are considerate and enjoy working alongside others, while also being independent. Share could involve a mix of solo studio time/shared space depending on preference.
