Double Room - 1 Month Short Stay

We just handed our notice in and will be leaving on 30th October to downsize :(. Thought I’d try my luck and see who would be interested in renting from 1st October until 30th as it’s becoming difficult to fund alone. The only thing is, the room is unfurnished but I do have a spare mattress if that helps.

Double Room Available Directly Next to Leyton Midland Road Station, £950pcm (Bills not Included as we handle those ourselves)

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with myself whilst my other flatmate has his own en-suite. We are two sociable people who work in the architecture world and are looking for someone who is extremely clean like us! All we ask for is: respect, honesty, direct communication and cleanliness :). We also know and understand if you’d like peace & quiet, so whether you’re introverted or extroverted, it’s not a problem for us.

The room is ideal for a professional (or those that prefer to furnish their own space), who are also looking for a well-connected East London location with easy access to Stratford, Walthamstow, Canary Wharf, and Central London.

Large double bedroom

Shared flat with 1 female & 1 male
Double room to share bathroom with 1 female
Fully equipped kitchen
Clean and well-maintained property
Friendly and respectful household

Location:
Literally next to the Overground, which can take us onto the Victoria line
Short journey to Stratford and Walthamstow
Close to shops, supermarkets, cafés, and local amenities
Excellent transport links across London

Rent:
£950 per month (room price alone)
Bills not included (electric, gas, water, council tax - band D & broadband - this is something we manage ourselves as it always fluctuates)
