Hi, my flatmate and I are looking for a 3rd flat mate:). We all have recently finished studying our masters & so our third flat mate has gone back home :(.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with myself whilst he has his own en-suite. We are two sociable people who work in the architecture world and are looking for someone who is extremely clean like us! All we ask for is: respect, honesty, direct communication and cleanliness :). We also know and understand if you’d like peace & quiet, so whether you’re introverted or extroverted, it’s not a problem for us.

The room is ideal for a professional (or those that prefer to furnish their own space), who are also looking for a well-connected East London location with easy access to Stratford, Walthamstow, Canary Wharf, and Central London.

Literally next to the Overground, which can take us onto the Victoria line

Close to shops, supermarkets, cafés, and local amenities

Bills not included (electric, gas, water, council tax - band D & broadband - this is something we manage ourselves as it always fluctuates)
