Double room in friendly house

Hello! I am looking for someone to replace me in a very lovely house share.

You would be living with three friendly housemates in a four bed Victorian house share with a great garden in Leyton. 

Cat is allowed 

The flat is a real home. It’s a place for us to relax and recharge. It's fairly social - the flat hangs out sometimes - watching tv together, chatting while cooking dinner, that kind of thing - but at the same time, everyone has their own thing going on too.

Looking for someone friendly and considerate who will also help keep the place clean and tidy, though we have a cleaner once a week too (incl. in bills).

The house consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, downstairs toilet (super handy) and a lush garden that is so lovely for hanging out in during the summer. The kitchen and all the white goods are well maintained - we have a dishwasher (!) and pretty new washer/dryer. 

It’s a lovely and airy room, and gets lots of natural light. It's partially furnished with a queen bed. Can also sell you my cupboard.

No agents and a very responsive landlady who cares about the flat and tenants is another plus.

In terms of transport links, you're ten mins walk from Leyton station which is one stop away from exremely well connected Stratford. The Viccy line is also a 15 min bus away. You can also walk to Leyton midlands overground station on the Suffragette line in 15mins. 

Leyton is also a great area. You have the hustle and bustle of the high street (asda, sainsbury, tk Maxx) and then cute cafes, wine shop, book shops etc on Francis road. There's also a Saturday market now with a bunch of great food stalls.
