Welcome to my cosy flat, shared by just two other flatmates in a peaceful and respectful environment. I'm ideally looking for a full-time professional or student who values a quiet home, personal space, and convenient travel.

The flat will have only three occupants in total, including you, making it a calm, comfortable, and uncrowded place to live. This home is perfect for someone who appreciates paying for privacy, safety, security, and a peaceful living environment, rather than living in a busy, overcrowded house share.

Previous flatmates stayed long-term (6–7 years), mainly because of the quiet atmosphere—no parties, no unnecessary noise, and no random visitors. Several students have successfully completed their Bachelor's Honours degrees, Master's degrees, and PSW while living here, as it's an ideal environment to relax, focus, and study without distractions.
We keep things simple: pay rent on time, respect one another, and help keep the flat clean.
