Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate to share a bright, spacious 2-bedroom flat in Leyton starting late September / early October. The space will be shared only with me (just 2 of us total).
I’m a 29-year-old PhD researcher at UCL East. I’m clean, considerate, and respectful of downtime, but always up for a coffee, run, grabbing a pint, or listening to music on weekends. Looking for a tidy, easygoing flatmate to keep a calm, LGBTQ+ friendly home.
The Flat & Location:
Ground/first floor flat near Francis Road’s independent cafes, bakeries, and local pubs.
10 min walk to Leyton Midland Road (Overground) & under 20 min walk (or 5 min bus) to Leyton Station (Central Line).
Easy cycling down to Hackney Marshes, Victoria Park, and UCL East.
Rent: £825–£900/month + bills.
(Full-time students are very welcome—we get a 100% Council Tax exemption—but open to working professionals too!)
