Double room in a lovely house share - £1000 pcm

A lovely double room is becoming available from 23rd September and I am looking for a new person to come and make the place their new home.

The room available is a double bedroom unfurnished, giving you the freedom to decorate and furnish it however you like. And it comes with a spare room that you can use as a home office or dressing room. It is located at the back of the house, so it is peaceful and private and away from any road noise.

If you need some furniture to start with, my housemate is happy to leave:
- chest of drawers (free)
- Bed frame (for a small fee)
- clothing rails (for a small fee)

The house has plenty of shared space, including a comfortable living room, spacious kitchen, separate dining room and a garden - perfect for relaxing, cooking and having friends over.

My current housemate is moving out to get her own place, so I am looking for someone friendly, respectful and easy-going to take her place.

One very important requirement: you must love dogs! :) I have a 1 1/2 year old cocker spaniel so she is definitely part of the household and will probably become your new best friend whether you like it or not.

I am looking for someone who wants a friendly, relaxed and comfortable home, rather than just somewhere to sleep. Ideally, you will be clean, considerate and happy to share the occasional drink or movie night. But equally, everyone having their on space is important.

A little about me - I enjoy being active (running and f45, dog walks and some time a game of pickleball). I work from home mon-fri which is why I got a little companion. I enjoy a social drink and a beer garden on the weekends.
