*FEMALE ONLY* Double room available now in a beautiful house in Leyton. You'll be sharing a 3-bed house with just myself. The room is available now but need to depart just before Christmas when the house will be sold.

Your bedroom is a double with large fitted wardrobes. There isn't a desk in your room but you can add furniture that suits you.

Garden with bifold doors. The kitchen is excellent for cooking/baking.

1 bathroom to share with rain shower & bathtub.

I work as a product designer, mostly from home. I'm a warm friendly Kiwi and I'm sure we'll have a nice time together! I'm looking for a female housemate who is tidy and respectful.

The house doesn't have storage, so if you own things they will need to be placed in your bedroom. The fitted wardrobe is large however.

All bills included — Council Tax, Wifi, Electricity, Gas, Water.

Lovely short walk to: Tilbury Rd bars & cafes, Walthamstow Village, Leytonstone shops, various parks.

Anytime Fitness is at the top of the road; Better Gym in Leyton is excellent.

5-min walk to Leyton Midland Road Overground.
35 minute commute to Kings Cross.
38 minute commute to Liverpool St.
