✨Large double room available in Leyton for £1,200 per month. This is a spacious, fully furnished room in a clean, quiet one-bedroom flat. You’ll have use of almost the entire flat most of the time, inc kitchen and bathroom. The room includes a bed and a desk, and the flat has a washing machine, fridge, cooker (to be replaced soon). I’m a quiet, respectful person and I don’t live at the property full-time. I may occasionally visit to collect belongings, clean, do laundry, or stay over from time to time. Your privacy will be respected. The flat is about 3 to 5 minutes’ walk from the nearest bus stop and Tube station, with easy access to Stratford and Westfield. I’m looking for someone clean, reliable and trustworthy, who will treat the place like their own. Ideally, you’d stay a minimum of three to four months.
