6 month Sublet in Leyton (feels like home)

Hey everyone, Luke here (they/them). I’m subletting my room is Leyton E10 from October 7th 2026 - March 7th 2027.

You will be sharing with 3 other people. A creative household. Neurodivergent friendly. There is even a garden. The room is £500 pcm without bills. Gas and Electricity are on a top up metre. We tend to all top up £25pp for electric and £15pp for gas a month. Council tax is around £50pp a month and WiFi is £8pp.

The room itself is cozy, a good amount of natural light and it feels homely. The house itself allows a bit of noise to travel. Everyone’s on slightly different schedules so if you’re a light sleeper this might not be the place for you. Everyone is super respectful of each other’s space and privacy and their own routines.

Accessibility wise the room is on the first floor up around 15 stairs. The hallways are also rather narrow and stairs are steep. There is a toilet downstairs as well as a toilet and bathroom upstairs (bath and shower).

The house is a 12 minute walk from Leyton underground (central line) and a 10 minute walk to Leyton overground station.

It takes around 35 minutes(ish) to get to central London even quicker if you hop off at Stratford and get the Lizzie line (it’s also air conditioned, highly recommend).
