This flat share is ideal for a single professional who wishes to share with one other professional quiet-living male tenant. With its south facing garden, this bedroom gets plenty of natural light throughout the day. As it's located at the back of the house there is no noise from the road, it's a very quiet residential street in any case with little traffic. I'm looking for a minimum tenancy contract for 12 months and will hold the rent at the same price if the contract is renewed for a further year. The deposit amount is one months rent, £725 which will be held in a government approved deposit scheme.
