5 min walk to Leyton village as well as the coach and horse. pub ,Deeneys and Leyton Tech, convient for tesco metro, sainsburys, asda .pharmacy , post office and nail bars beauty salons or hop one stop on tube to westfield.
Must like dogs ( prefer it if you are dog crazy ! ) as i have a friendly sausage dog who appreciates cuddles and is nosey
